Heather Stork, PE, CPEA, Owner
Heather Stork is the founder and owner of HSCS. She has a B.S. degree in Geological Engineering. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and a Certified Safety Engineer through the Missouri Workers' Safety program. She is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA) in management systems, environmental auditing and Responsible Care.
Heather is a diversely trained and detail-oriented executive with over 25 years of environmental, health and safety (EHS) consulting and compliance experience across a broad range of regulatory and corporate programs and industries. She has extensive knowledge of EHS regulatory requirements and is proficient in understanding and interpreting regulations, determining regulatory applicability, identifying hazards, identifying potential EHS regulatory compliance issues and recommending targeted solutions to achieve client goals and objectives. She is practiced at professionally communicating compliance obligations in an understandable manner across all company levels.
Heather's extensive regulatory knowledge and EHS experience is beneficial when establishing company EHS programs that are protective of health and the environment while fulfilling compliance obligations. Heather monitors EHS regulatory actions and stays abreast of regulatory guidance, interpretations and similar regulatory actions to ensure relevant information is communicated to HSCS client base and implications to programs are considered, ensuring clients are well-informed.
